serves 6 to 8 persons

1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 nine inch chocolate wafer crumb crust
1 seven ounce jar marshmallow creme
2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur
2 tablespoons water
1 (12 oz.) container (4 1/2 cups) whipped topping, thawed

Reserve 1 tablespoon macadamia nuts for topping; sprinkle remaining nuts onto bottom of crust. Combine marshmallow creme, liqueur and water, mixing with electric mixer or wire whisk until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust; freeze. Top with reserved macadamia nuts.

Variations: Substitute walnuts for macadamia nuts or 1/4 cup cold coffee for liqueur and water.
